NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 27, 2014 in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 4703, BUILDING 47, LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINiUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6000, PAGE 1082-1163, AS AMENDED ADDING PHASE 9 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6976, PAGE 2013, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
