NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-007853-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC Successor in Interest to GMAC Mortgage, LLC Successor by Merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Ruth McGarrah-Martin a/k/a Ruth Martin a/k/a Ruth McGarrah; The Independent Savings Plan Company dba ISPC; City of St. Petersberg; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK C, ARCADIA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
