NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2014, and entered in 13-003267-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC, is the Plaintiff and GEORGE T. BASAR A/K/A GEORGE BASAR; JACQUELINE D. BASAR A/K/A JACQUELINE BASAR are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on March 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 131, OAKBROOK WOODS 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
