NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated February 18th 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-002653, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-FRE2 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and JENNY ALLEN; JORGE GUTIERREZ AKA JORGE LUIS GUTIERREZ AKA JORGE L. GUTIERREZ; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on April 9th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, dated September 11th, 2013:
