Notice is given that under a Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure in Case No.: 2013-009728-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which MADISON OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and JAMES R. SCHUMANN is Defendant, the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Pinellas County Courthouse, 545 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, via https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 20, 2014; the following described property set forth in the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure:
