NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 27, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 52-2013-CA-005569 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOEL D KALATA; NAOMI J BOESE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC.; VISTAS ON THE GULF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/29/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 307, VISTAS ON THE GULF, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 10 THROUGH 15, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED ON THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12603 PAGE 778, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
