YOU ARE NOTIFIED pursuant to Section 45.031(2) of the Florida Statutes that the real property in Pinellas County, Florida, described as
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 4-N, as shown on Condominium plat of CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 23, at Pages 16 through 24, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed August 13, 1976, in Official Records Book 4453, Pages 1410 through 1470, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; and together with Covered Parking Space # 4N.
Subject to that Declaration of Condominium of CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with all of its terms, provisions. conditions, rights, privileges, obligations, restrictions, easements, liens and exhibits attached thereto.

will be sold by KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida (whose office is located at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, and whose telephone number is 727-464-7000) at public sale on April 7, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash in an on-line sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at the hour of 10:00 A.M. (1000 hours), pursuant to the Order Vacating and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in this action by this Court on February 20, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
