Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 25, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

PAGE 51 THROUGH 54, AND AMEND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAY BOOK 80, PAGE 1, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5810, PAGE(S) 335 THROUGH 398, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5861, PAGE 1056, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 1801 E LAKE RD 4F, PALM HARBOR, FL 34685; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
