NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016103-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-10 is the Plaintiff and Lorenzo T. Hamilton, a/k/a Lorenzo Terrance Hamilton; Unknown Spouse of Lorenzo T. Hamilton, a/k/a Lorenzo Terrance Hamilton; Kristie R. Hamilton, a/k/a Kristie Renee Hamilton; Unknown Spouse of Kristie R. Hamilton, a/k/a Kristie Renee Hamilton; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 7th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 247, HARBOR EAST UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 148 AND 149, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
