NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 6, 2014 entered in Case No. 2007-CA-004323-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. is the Plaintiff and James Jordan; The Unknown Spouse of James Jordan; Elizabeth Laster; The Unknown Spouse of Elizabeth Laster; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK B, OF ROSEMONT SECTION FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 140 THROUGH 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
