NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6th, 2014, 2014, entered in Case Number 2013-CA-013785-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein LEONARD ARGENTINE and DIXIE R. ARGENTINE are the Plaintiffs and JEFFREY J. CARTER, DIANA L. CARTER, TENANT #1, and TENANT #2, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
