RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-016294-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NA AS TRUSTEE OF DBALT 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and VAL LEWIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 41 of AVALON PARK SOUTH PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages(s) 78-85, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
