NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2014, and entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-032714 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LANSDOWNE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Anthony D. Mincey, Annette B. Mincey and the United States of America are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 3, LAKE LAWNE SHORES ANNEX, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book W, Page 53, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
