NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2013 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-039003-O (43A), in the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee of the Lehman Brothers Small Balance Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, 2007-2, is the Plaintiff, and Pedro Portes, Merysol Portes, Florida First Capital Finance Corporation, Inc., United States Small Business Administration, Merysol's Interiors, Inc., Edgewater Auto Imports, Inc. and Joan M. Selley, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, at 11:00 a.m. on April 16, 2014, via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Orange County website for on-line auctions, the following described property situated in Orange County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
