NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-010454-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATINAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and FRENCHIE MURDEN; GREGORY MURDEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; HIAWASSEE OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, HIAWASSEE OAKS UNIT 3; ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 68, AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
