Final Judgment was awarded on February 24, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 014160 O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES, LP, is the Plaintiff, and, KHANH MINH TRAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KHANH MINH TRAN, IF ANY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
