NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 04, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-001061 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JIMMIE D LEE; PRISCILLA LEE; LATONIA G KRAUS; PILOT BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 20 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
