NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4th, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-968CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2006, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and Edwin T. Salz, Jr., Theresa M. Salz a/k/a Theresa Salz and United States of America, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 3 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 20 and 21, Block 104, Harbour Heights Subdivision, Section 4, Part 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 27A thru 27C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
