KLASA are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, , will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on May 1, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 12, NAPLES PARK UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
