NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in 2007-CA-003916 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKER'S TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN, is the Plaintiff and CLAUDIA ELIZABETH MENDEZ; DANIEL MENDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LENDERS DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION; HARRISON MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 69, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
