NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002693 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PAVEL KYLLAR ; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAVEL KYLLAR IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AMon the 31 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 197, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 55-62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
