NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002721-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION. is Plaintiff and MARC W. HANNA; are defendant. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 31 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, OF AN UNRECORDED PLAT OF PORT AU PRINCE MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHlP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 210 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 390 FEET WITH THE WEST 60 FEET BEING RESERVED FOR PUBLIC EASEMENT. TOGETHER WITH A 1983 SKYLINE DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME, ID #016502292AS, TITLE NUMBER 40008548 AND ID# 01650229BS, TITLE NUMBER 45003116.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
