NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 5, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-008030 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and JORGE ARISTIZABAL; CRISTINA SEPEDA; WORLD TENNIS CLUB, INC.; CORINTHIAN GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 31 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
