Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 18, BLOCK 186, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 THROUGH 134, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5401 20th Place Southwest, Naples, Florida 34116, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112, on March 31, at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
