NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No.11-2009-CA-008367, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and MENSY N. BLANCO, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION, PABLO are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 31 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 101, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 62, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
