Notice is hereby given, pursuant to a Final Judgment for the Plaintiff dated on or about December 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 10-06357-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) is Plaintiff, and Sean Mitchell Barron, Collier County, Florida, and Unknown Tenant/Owners are the Defendants.
Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 31, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., at the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with § 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 218 of ISLES OF CAPRI, Unit #2, according to the Plat in Plat Book 3, Page 46, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
with a street address of 107 W. Pago Pago Dr., Naples, FL 34113.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
