NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 6 day of March, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2009-CA-005272, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the 3rd floor lobby of the courthouse annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East Naples, Florida 34112, Collier County Florida at 11:00 a.m. on March 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, OF FOUR SEASONS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGES 95 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
