NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA001293AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Charles Reese a/k/a Charles Richard Reese, Southland Condominium Association, Inc., The State of Florida Department of Revenue, Tracy Elaine Reilley, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
