NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006076, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE11 is Plaintiff and BRENDA R. DALY; CHARLES M. DALY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VINTAGE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, VINTAGE CREEK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 95 TO 101, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
