NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 3, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001895 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION is Plaintiff and YVETTE E RECKLING, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, SHADOW BROOK CONDOMINIUM OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. , LINDSEY SPISAK UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, JAMES KLAUSCH UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVETTE E. RECKLING, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 273, Shadow Brook Mobile Home Subdivision, Unit 3A, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O. R. Book 808, Pages 546 through 646, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 15, Pages 25 and 26, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
