NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012CA004803AX DIV. D of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT4, is the Plaintiff and SIDNEY A. KING A/K/A SIDNEY KING; JEAN A. KING A/K/A JEAN ANN KING A/K/A JEAN KING; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, OF TALIESCENT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 102 AND 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
