NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-000975 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and JOEL MUNIVEZ; RAQUEL MUNIVEZ A/K/A RAQUEL M. MUNIVEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 27th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
