NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-005713 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Brenda Broadbent, Villager Association of Manatee County, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT C, BUILDING 1, VILLAGER APARTMENTS, UNIT 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 341, PAGES 129 THROUGH 171, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING AMENDMENT OF MERGER OF UNIT NOS. 1 THROUGH 5 RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1279, PAGE 2347, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 34 THROUGH 35, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
