NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 5, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-10975 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC., is the Plaintiff and JOANNE C. PAICE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A DAVID HANES are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, OF HARBORAGE ON BRADEN RIVER, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 88 THROUGH 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
