NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 9 & 10, LAKEWOOD RANCH TOWN CENTER, PHASE 1, SUBPHASE A, a/k/a RANCH STATION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 67, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
Together with and subject to the rights of ingress, egress and parking over, across and through that certain Parking Easement as described in that certain Easement Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 1666, Page 7977, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with:
All assets and all personal property now or hereafter owned by Lake Osprey Village, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Collateral”), and all proceeds of the Collateral.
at public sale, on April 9, 2014, beginning at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder, for cash. The foreclosure sale will be conducted on the prescribed date via an internet sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.

IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
