NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005122 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders, CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA8 Morttgage Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and John M. Milian; Barbara A. Millan; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants; Northwood Park Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, NORTHWOOD PARK, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 152, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
