NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA003798 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all others who may claim an interest in the estate of Robert P. Sobzack a/k/a Robert Paul Sobzack; Cortez Villas Condominium I Association, Inc.; Cortez Villas Property Association, Inc.; Susan Christine Russell; Michael Sobzack; Unknown Tenant in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT UNIT NO. 13, BUILDING 3, CORTEZ VILLAS CONDOMINIUM 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 647, PAGE 519 THROUGH 563, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 1 AND 2, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
