NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-010771 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Andra Griffin a/k/a Andra Lynn Griffin,Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida,Lonnie Earl Griffin,Tenant #1 N/K/A Edward Pisani, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
