NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011CA007286 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FV-I, INC. IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC, is the Plaintiff and GEORGE C. FOWLER; JANIE R. FOWLER; BRANE PARTNERS, LLC C/O BILL BRAXTER, REGISTERED AGENT are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK I, BROOKSIDE ADDITION TO WHITFIELD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 33 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
