NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-4955, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RIVER WILDERNESS OF BRADENTON FOUNDATION, INC. is Plaintiff and JEFFERY J. COOK, KATHY M. COOK, and PNC BANK, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of April, 2014, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 44, Block B, Tract 17, River Wilderness, Phase 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Page(s) 80 through 94, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
