NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006994 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Richard E. Butterfield and Linda Trotter are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 4, HILL PARK ANNEX, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
