NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004718 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Richard A. Hetherington are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 4 & 5, BLOCK 6, UPLANDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND BEGINNING AT A POINT WHERE THE CENTERLINE OF BLOCK 6 THE UPLANDS, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, INTERSECTS THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK 6 AND RUNNING THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION WITH THE CENTERLINE OF SAID BLOCK 6 EXTENDED A DISTANCE OF 12.5 FEET TO A POINT WHERE IT INTERSECTS THE NORTH LINE OF THE UPLANDS, THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 137.5 FEET TO A POINT WHERE SAID LINE INTERSECTS THE CENTERLINE OF KAYWOOD ROAD EXTENDED; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF KAYWOOD ROAD EXTENDED, A DISTANCE OF 12.5 FEET TO A POINT WHERE SAID LINE INTERSECTS THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 5, OF SAID BLOCK 6 EXTENDED; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE LAST MENTIONED LINE, A DISTANCE OF 137.5 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
