NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 412013CA006467AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, THE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-6, is Plaintiff and HARRY W. BULLOCK; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONE HARBOUR II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 521, BUILDING 5, STONE HARBOUR II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2108, PAGE 2486, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
