YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act has been filed by PETITIONER, on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida: 2006 DODGE CHARGER, FL Tag BGWK72, VIN #2B3KA53H96H276798 and 2006 CADILLAC DTS, FL Tag, BCZR93, VIN #1G6K57Y16U1 1431 and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Joseph C. Mladinich, Esq., Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 1 South School Avenue, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34237, on or before the 14 day of April, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before Service on PETITIONER'S attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
