Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
1973 FAIRW mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers 244811641 and 244811642 located in Bay Indies at 942 Montego West, Venice, Florida 34285, along with all property located therein (the “Mobile Home”).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on April 2, 2014, Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
