NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-1274 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 1ST day of April 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1620, 33RD ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
