NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2010-CA-001381 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 1st day of April, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 69, A/K/A LOT 69, UNIT B-1, MISSION VALLEY ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS IDLEBERG RANCHES, A SUBDIVISION SHOWN AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 49, OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
