NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 005985 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Citibank, NA, Sonia Morissette a/k/a Sonia M. Morissette, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 2nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK P, RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF RIO VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID BLOCK P, 25 FEET, THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF BLOCK P 86.86 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST ALONG SAME LINE 75 FEET; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF BLOCK P, 122 FEET, THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH NORTH LINE OF BLOCK P, 75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 122 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID TRACT BEING THE SAME AS LOT 22 AND THE EAST ½ OF LOT 20, BLOCK P, OF THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF RIO VISTA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 187 AND LATER SUPERSEDED BY PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
