Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated February 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 003986 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JESSY CELESTIN, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1623, 33RD ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 17, 17A THROUGH 17N, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 2nd day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
