Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated February 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 000094 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein UNITED MIDWEST SAVINGS BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK is the Plaintiff, and ANN REED, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 13123 AND 13124, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 51, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 2nd day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
